Policies for PrimeMD Aesthetics and Wellness Center

Product Returns

Refunds on product returns are covered for purchases made through www.primemdcenter.com or purchases made in our office only for 2 weeks (14) days from the original invoice date. We will refund your original purchase price (less shipping costs) for the initial 2 week (14) day period. The product must be in unopened, brand new condition and with the original packaging. Exchanges can be made any time within the 2 week (14) day period, but still require the brand new condition. Any products that have been opened, regardless of use, (unless packaging/pump is defective by manufacturer) are unable to be returned or exchanged.


Service Refunds

Refunds are not provided for services or packages, but a credit can be applied to use toward other services. In the event a patient moves out of state and has unused package(s) on service(s), a refund will be provided less a 25% administrative fee.


New Cancellations/Late Reschedules Policy

*Effective April 11th, 2023 Must cancel or reschedule within 48 business hours of your scheduled appointment.

You will be charged a $75 nonrefundable fee for any facial service appointments with our esthetician(s}, that are not cancelled or rescheduled within 48 business hours of your appointment, and according to our policy.

If your scheduled appointment is on a Monday or Tuesday, you must call by 5pm on the Friday prior. Please be aware that we do not take calls or receive voicemails, emails, DM's or text cancellations and/reschedules over the weekend and after business hours.

In an effort to protect and respect our provider's time and income, you will be subject to a fee at the discretion of your provider for any decision made by you in the treatment room to do less than what you're scheduled for. A general example is if you have a Botox + Filler appointment that requires 1 hr and 30+ min, but during the appointment, decide to do Botox only or Filler only. We understand your budget may change or you may have a change of heart. We just kindly ask that you notify our office 48 business hours in advance in order to allow us the opportunity to offer that time to other patients requesting to get in. This policy applies for services with our injectors and with our estheticians.

You will be charged a $150 non-refundable fee for any appointments with our injectors, that are not cancelled or rescheduled within 48 business hours of your appointment, and according to our policy.

While we understand things come up last minute and are sensitive to any unforeseen emergencies, we will be implementing a no excuse policy to both protect and respect our providers time and income.

No Call, No Show Policy

No call, no shows will be subject to full appointment cost. 

*Failure to abide by our cancellation, reschedule and no call no show policy may result in restricted access to appointments and services.

Due to production changes and price increases from our vendors, our prices (both products and services) are updated periodically to reflect any changes as they arise.
