Our Process:
The first step is filling out the new patient form which will be provided to you upon coming in. The form provides vital information for us in determining your health history and if we will be able to help you reach your skincare goals through our aesthetic services. We have also added information into the application such as general price ranges and the need for on-going maintenance in order to help you completely understand so there are no surprises later on.
During the Consultation:
Having an in-person consultation is incredibly important to us as it allows us to fully understand the concerns that bring you to PrimeMD and allows us to speak with you face-to-face about your skincare goals, any concerns that you have, along with being able to see your skin in person. Photos do not always accurately represent your skin's condition. This also allows us to also provide treatment the same day as the consultation if you decide to move forward. Our consultations are $150, which is applied towards your treatment on the same day or the day of scheduled appointment.
If you are an out of town guest who will be traveling to PrimeMD for treatment, we do offer a FaceTime consultation. A FaceTime consultation is conducted just like an in-person consultation, except that we are not able to provide an exact quote due to not being able to see your skin in person. Instead, we provide an estimate for your skincare treatment regimen.
