Sarah is so knowledgeable about skin care. I recently went off birth control so my skin is freaking out and I’ve been really discouraged but I saw her for a facial and she did an amazing job and got a ton of congestion out of my face and then gave me a skin care plan to keep me clear. I received VirtueRF treatment several days ago. I was nervous, to say the least, as I always am prior to any type of procedure. The staff was extremely professional, kind and reassuring every step of the way. They made me feel relaxed and very comfortable throughout my treatment. My lips look amazing! This place is the best!

For $14/unit and Angie’s reputation I expected better results. Previous treatments with another provider were more conservative with better results and now after spending way more I’m left with having lines above my eyebrows and need to go back. I would’ve thought with Angie’s reputation and experience she would know how to place injections to avoid having only lines above the eyebrows. I don’t even want to go back to her to fix it, I’d just feel like I’m throwing away money.

I had a Geneo facial with Karla at the Johnson City, TN location and it was the best facial I’ve ever had! I have been doing hydrafacials regularly, every 4 weeks or so and love them, but tried a Geneo facial to compare. It does a wonderful job with exfoliation and hydration and I left with my skin looking and feeling terrific! Karla explained each step, what it was targeting and the expected results. She definitely knows what she is doing! While you can tell your skin is having a treatment with the different gels and transducers, it still felt very much like a spa experience. I highly recommend Karla and PrimeMD and have already booked my next visit! My skin is still glowing and youthful- I highly recommend the Geneo facial and PrimeMD. Karla is the best!

I recently had laser resurfacing done at Prime by Angela Williams. I first met Angela in the late summer of 2022 to discuss a plan for aging facial issues...

I recently relocated to Raleigh about a year ago from California. I have struggled to find a good place much less a fantastic one! I had a previous appointment with another place, that I drove an hour for my follow up to see the esthetician and was meet with in the lobby… not follow up just sn attempt to get me to spend more money with out even taking me into a room to discuss the terrible results and feeling like it would be less expensive and better if I just flew back to LA when I needed a freshening up. I was in the parking lot of this other place, I won’t name names in tears and a whopping $6000,00 dollar bill for Botox and filler. It was late in the day and in the parking lot of the derma thieves, on my phone I stumbled across Prime MD! I called in a panic, Sherry answered the phone, with such care and kindness, she managed to slide me in at the last second before they closed. What a wonderful, welcoming staff, incredible knowledge of the face, products and processes. They came up with a game plan that makes me feel and look better than new! I met with Dr. Joe about some smile lines I have tried everything except not smiling, to get rid of. He took care of me with kid gloves and I’m feeling really beautiful, and ready to smile!! This team that Dr. Joe, Sherry, Erika, Jen and others put together through knowledge, customer service and true care for your needs, realistically, both physically and financially is the finest in the state of NC. I would absolutely not even consider going anywhere else! Thank you Dr. Joe and Sherry for making me feel so welcome… beautiful inside and out!

Excellent experience today with Karla and Anna for my IPL treatment. They were professional and explained everything about the treatment completely. This was my first treatment and was nervous but they both made me feel relaxed before during and after the treatment. I had a consult with Angela and 4 months later (today, I had CO2 laser resurfacing. Angela is knowledgeable, and she explains everything in complete detail. She is a treasure trove of information, and she is an expert in her field. My laser treatment was not painful, and it was not uncomfortable. Angela performed it efficiently. She explained everything before and during the treatment. The after care instructions were complete and easy to understand. The laser is essentially painless. The numbing cream that was applied to my face and neck upon my arrival worked wonderfully. The protocol includes everything to ensure your comfort and an excellent outcome. An ice mask is applied immediately to reduce any discomfort (I felt none) and swelling (to be expected ). I highly recommend Angela and PrimeMD. The facility is conveniently located with ample parking, the staff is friendly, knowledgeable and supportive. I can’t wait to see the results! Photos show numbing cream applied, ice pack, and approximately 20 months post procedure.

I saw Emily for her signature treatment that includes RF Microneedling & cool-peel. She made sure I was comfortable the entire time by checking on me and letting me know what to expect. She was so kind and helpful, it’s been almost a week post treatment and I am already seeing results. Skin is appearing firmer, more even tone and a big improvement in my texture and old acne scars! I’m so excited and know it will only get better! I can not recommend Emily and everyone at Prime MD enough. Everyone is so friendly and such a beautiful inviting space!

Just got my lips done today by Jen, she was super kind and knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable as it was my first time and i was expressing nerves. They looked really good after the appointment and i’m sure when the swelling goes down it will again! She was also super gentle, I’ve always heard that filler hurts really badly and it was not nearly as bad as I thought. I barely felt a thing. It seemed like everyone here had personality which I loved because when I went to synergy for a consultation everyone seemed very robotic and sterile. I felt very connected here and comfortable and I appreciate that so much!! Would recommend this place, and Jen to anyone:)

I have been going here to see Dr. Joe for almost two years now. I mainly see him for testosterone therapy, but have also used a couple other services here as well. Dr. Joe asked me what I wanted out of the testosterone therapy and he helped make it happen. So much so that I’m currently in the best shape of my life and feeling great! My metabolism is back up again and I feel so much more energetic. Dr. Joe gives you his personal phone number to call/text and he will even check in on you after specific treatments. I’ve been to high-end med spas and those experiences were good. I really can’t say anything bad about them. But, I can say that my experience at PrimeMD feels different and in a good way! For starters, I felt like my desires to refresh my skin and chase the fountain of youth were really listened to. Angie understood my goals and boy did she execute. One consultation and IPL treatment treatment later and I feel like the hands of time were rewound. She offered several samples to get me started on a medical grade skin care regimen. (I’ll never go back to OTC) and complimentary product to help my skin heal after the IPL treatment-who does that?! Outside of the product and samples which is just a drop in the bucket, I genuinely feel that Angie is there because she cares about her patients and enjoys what she does. For the record, I still look like me but a more youthful version…just what I wanted.

Jen is extremely talented ! I am very particular and selective and from the first time I’ve had her treat me the results and service have been impeccable. I’ll always come to her . Do your yourself a huge favor and book your appointments asap ! The office staff is also fantastic and the ambiance is gorgeous.

They were nice and I never had a bad result per se but I also never felt like I ended up where I wanted to be. Paid $$$$ at this center and end up in urgent care and clinic facilities, costly dr. Visits and MRI to fix the threds damage. Angie is so sweet and promises so many great results prior to treatments, however all promises are twisted right after treatment and full payment is received. Dishonesty, greediness, no refunds as promised if procedure was reversed. Don't waste your money, total scam.
